We will meet every Saturday and Sunday for 11 weeks (the exceptions are two one- week breaks during training). We will also meet six Wednesday evenings dedicated to Philosophy and community building 6-9pm and there will be two Friday evening outings tbd by the class. Teacher Training begins August 17, 2018 and ends on November 18, 2018.

During our time together, you will participate in the following elements of training.
Written Exam/Partial Teaching Practicum:
Saturday, November 17th 11:00am – 5pm
Teaching Practicum cont', graduation and ceremony:
Sunday, November 18th, 1pm-5pm
A more comprehensive schedule will be given on the night of orientation.
Students are required to take 15 classes with approved trainers throughout the duration of the program to experience different styles, levels and methodologies. Free yoga membership to Sender One Climbing & Yoga is included during the training program. There will also be 2 Friday/Saturday evening outings, dates TBD by the class.
Tuition is $3200, check the website for early bird registration discounts. A $500 deposit is all that is required to hold your space and it goes towards your tuition. We offer monthly payment plans and do not charge any interest. We accept cash, check, money order, PayPal, Venmo and Cash app. Tuition does not include your books and yoga props.
Our 200 hour program brings yoga’s timeless wisdom alive for people who want to deepen their connection to themselves, the world and each other. Whether you are new to yoga or a well established practitioner, you will quickly find your way back to balance. Gain tools to live effectively in a world of challenge and change. Gain a solid foundation in a classical yoga tradition, encouraging a dive into a spiritually based yogic lifestyle. My belief is that it is our destiny to make this journey, hopefully in this lifetime, we are your personal guides.
No refunds or credits are available for cancellation within 14 days prior to start date of the course as well as if student voluntarily leaves or decides not to attend the Vinyasa Teacher Training Program.
