Rebecca Fink - lead trainer


Rebecca Fink is E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 Yoga Alliance certified and teaches at YogaWorks in Orange County, California. She has studied under Master teachers Erika Burkhalter, YogaWorks Costa Mesa, CA; Tim Miller, Ashtanga Yoga Center, Carlsbad CA and Maty Ezraty.  These authentic teachers have influenced her teaching and practice greatly; learning from instructors with 20+ years of experience equips her with a well rounded knowledge of yoga, its impact on the body and the practice as a science of the mind.  Rebecca takes a DEEPER THAN ASANA approach to her teaching, being influenced by her travels and study in India, she views asana as only one of the eight limbs of yoga. Her ultimate goal is to provide her students with an educated approach to asana, aiding them to begin to understand the deeper roots of yoga, motivating tranquility and a meditative quality to the practice, and inspiring an eagerness for the student to safely begin to unravel the deeper meaning of life, its purpose and ultimate happiness. Rebecca is in the process of completing her Certification in Yoga Studies through LMU.

Mackenzie MacSween - Trainer


Mackenzie MacSween, M.S., RYT, CMT

Mackenzie is a registered yoga teacher and certified massage therapist at the 500-hour level.  She has been practicing and studying yoga and the inner workings of the body since 2001. She received her B.S. and M.S. in Kinesiology from CSU Fullerton and now teaches Anatomy and Physiology at CSUF. She has served as anatomy instructor for the Yoga Works 200-hour teacher training program, along with providing anatomy instructor for other yoga schools.  She also teaches weekly yoga classes for CSUF facutly and staff and never stops learning!

LINDY KER, RYT 200, RYT500

Lindy loves teaching mindful vinyasa flow classes with a strong Ashtanga inspired sequence, while also highlighting the foundations of alignment and unconditional self-love. She believes yoga is life and life is an internal practice. On the mat, we practice this internal focus so we may live a fuller, more mindful, more joyful daily life. "Practice, practice, practice and all is coming."

Doron Hanoch - Trainer


Doron Hanoch is the author of The Yoga Lifestyle (Llewellyn publishers, June 2016). In 1992 he began his yoga and meditation practice while in Asia (Osho, Dalai Lama, Zen, Vipassana). He is an artist, a trained chef, a certified nutrition consultant and a yoga instructor. Doron plays in yoga and explores the mind and all the shades it tends to add to reality. He believes that tradition is a great source of knowledge, but that we should be careful of rigid dogmas. He is an avid thinker, dancer, laughter, meditator, and green smoothie drinker. He dances for no reason and eats healthy without being fanatic.

Kayla is a yoga teacher, plant-based Chef, seeker of true health, rock and roll lover and sun worshipper based out of Orange County, CA. After a couple of years of dedicated practice Kayla decided to take time off from college pursuing a career in nutritional sciences to do her 200 hour yoga teacher training. One training segued into another and she has now completed 500 hours of training, giving her a RYT-500 certification through Yoga Alliance. Her  mission is to provide students safe, fun and effective yoga classes and also educate on the topics of a plant-based lifestyle. A believer that optimal health is an achievable goal for everyone, Kayla combines the principles of traditional Yoga, Ayurveda, Mindfulness, and Breath-work to support her students in their journey on their mats.
